CHOCOLATE MUFFINS
1 cup oat flour
4 egg whites
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. berry flavored baby food
4 oz. water
Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl. Mix dry ingredients in mixer. Add wet ingredients to dry mixture until smooth. bake in muffin tin at 350 for 20 min.

1/2 cup brown sugar
4oz applesauce
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground coves or allspice
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 large egg whites
15 oz. raw pumpkin or pumpkin pie filling
2 cups oat flower
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Combine first 11 ingredients
add final 3 (4 if adding walnuts)
bake in muffin tin at 350 for 20 min.
